Font Craft respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement.
1. Our Content
Font Craft's tool converts text using standard Unicode character sets, which are open, publicly available typographic standards and not proprietary or copyrighted works. Our own original code, layout, and written content are owned by Waqas Tech Finds.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
4. Submitting a Notice
Notices and counter-notices can be sent through the Contact Us link on our homepage.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to disable access to any content and, where appropriate, restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers.
